In July 2026, Sweden registered 819 new motorhomes, a 52% increase compared to 539 in the same month last year. Registrations for the first seven months of the year reached 4,346 units, up 54.2% year-on-year.
Caravan registrations in July totaled 135 units (down from 144 a year earlier), and 967 since the start of the year, a decrease of 2.9%.
According to industry association HRF, the statistics are influenced by technical registrations related to new EU rules, so actual market demand is weaker than the figures suggest.
