In July, 819 motorhomes were newly registered in Sweden, up from 539 in July 2025, according to industry statistics from the Swedish Caravan and Motorhome Industry Association (HRF). So far this year, 4,346 motorhomes have been registered, an increase of 54.2% compared to the same period last year. Caravan registrations in July totaled 135, down from 144 a year earlier, and 967 so far this year, a decrease of 2.9%. HRF says both motorhome and caravan statistics continue to be affected by technical registrations ahead of new EU rules, meaning the actual market development is weaker than the registration figures suggest.
