In July, 819 new motorhomes were registered in Sweden, up from 539 in the same month of 2025, according to industry statistics from HRF. Year-to-date registrations reached 4,346 motorhomes, a 54.2% increase compared with the same period last year. Caravan registrations totalled 135 units in July versus 144 a year earlier, and 967 year-to-date, down 2.9%. HRF says both motorhome and caravan figures continue to be affected by technical registrations ahead of new EU rules, meaning actual market development is weaker than the registration numbers suggest.
