Turkish company Ortsan Outdoor has introduced the Mini House (also referred to as Mini House Karavan), a caravan that measures about 4 m in length and 2.1 m (some sources say 2 m) in width when folded, with a footprint of 8.4 sq m. With the push of a button on a remote, two side walls swing out 90 degrees, creating fabric awnings with transparent windows and expanding the living area to 20.3 sq m.
Inside, it features a kitchen with a gas stove and refrigerator, a sleeping area, a bathroom, and climate control. The caravan is equipped with a 470 W solar panel, a 200 Ah lithium battery, an inverter, and 200 L fresh and grey water tanks. Options include a wood stove, air conditioner, and TV.
Prices start at 890,000 Turkish lira (or from $19,300 before taxes and delivery, according to other sources).
