An abandoned caravan on the D71 road between Trigance and Comps-sur-Artuby in the Var department has not been removed for weeks despite multiple reports. Inside, mattresses, candles, matches, and cigarette butts were found, raising fire risk near the forest. Authorities cannot identify the owner due to a missing license plate. Abandoning a vehicle can result in a fine of up to 1,500 euros.
