On the evening of June 6, a motorhome suffered a rear tire blowout on the A8 near Anger, Bavaria. The vehicle hit the central barrier, overturned onto its side, and blocked both lanes toward Munich. The three occupants sustained minor injuries. The resulting 15-km traffic jam led several drivers to turn around and drive the wrong way through the emergency lane. Police stopped the offenders; they face fines, penalty points, and driving bans.
