In the night from Sunday to Monday, storm DANA Adam brought 450 litres of rainfall per square metre to campsites on Oliva beach in Valencia. At the Azul campsite, an employee rescued dozens of guests, mostly elderly foreigners, by carrying them out of flooded caravans. A 64-year-old man was found dead at one of the campsites after suffering a cardiac arrest. Two days later, firefighters and campsite staff continue to pump out water.
