Motorhome and truck destroyed by fire in Valkenswaard

On Whit Monday, a camper caught fire on the Wâldwei (N31) near Drachten. The cause was a short circuit in the battery. Passengers inhaled smoke but did not require hospitalization. One lane is closed.

On Monday afternoon, a car and a caravan collided on the Afsluitdijk (A7) towards Friesland. The road is fully blocked with debris scattered. No injuries have been reported.
