In Italy, in the municipality of Poggio Imperiale, the employer of a Romanian agricultural worker has been placed under investigation for manslaughter following the worker's death in a caravan fire. The fire occurred at dawn on May 12 in the Fucicchia area, completely destroying the caravan. The employer, questioned by carabinieri, exercised his right to remain silent. Investigations are ongoing to determine the fire's cause and the victim's living and working conditions.
