A family from Scotland said they found blood stains, faeces and used dog-waste bags in their caravan upon arrival at Parkdean Resorts' Wemyss Bay park. They paid £550 for a week-long stay, but after complaining, they were offered only £60 in restaurant vouchers. A park spokesperson acknowledged that cleanliness standards were not met and offered a goodwill gesture for a future stay.
