The fifth edition of the Food Truck Festival took place this weekend in Timișoara's Piața Libertății. Dozens of caravans were transformed into mobile kitchens, serving burgers, pizza, Serbian pleskavitsa, doner kebab, and other dishes, as well as desserts such as papanași, Secui-style coil pastries, pancakes, and ice cream.
