The Reisen & Caravan show in Erfurt attracted 37,000 visitors, matching last year's figure, according to the organisers. A total of 348 exhibitors took part, with two of the three halls dedicated to motorhomes and caravans. Organisers noted a trend towards camper vans and buses, as well as interest in accessories and conversions. Visitor interest was roughly evenly split between tourism and caravanning. Show director Constanze Kreuser said the industry reached a plateau during the pandemic, leading to some dealer closures.
