Laura Woggan converts vans into motorhomes at her workshop in Weyhe, Lower Saxony. In 2025, according to the Federal Statistical Office, a record number of people stayed overnight at campsites in Germany. Woggan has specialised in custom conversions since 2022 and moved to a large workshop hall in early 2026. She and her team are currently converting a classic panel van into a camper with a roof solar panel, certified wood in the custom interior and special requests such as a pull-out toilet, as well as an old TV broadcast truck intended for seven people. The team includes a second mechatronics technician, a master carpenter, a metalworker and an intern who is actually an aerospace engineer.
