Two camper versions based on the Mitsubishi Delica D:5 have been introduced: NOCTI and D:POP. The NOCTI model, created by Kato Motor and Sanjo Mitsubishi, debuted at the Tokyo Camping Car Show 2026. It retains the S-AWC all-wheel drive and a 2.2-liter diesel turbo engine, accommodating 5 people while driving and 2 adults when parked. The NOCTI M version features a 600 Ah lithium-ion battery and a 12-volt air conditioner; optional extras include a heater, roof fan, microwave, and solar panel. The NOCTI starts at 6,044,500 yen.
The D:POP camper from MDF Equipment features a pop-up roof. The upper sleeping compartment (1800×1160 mm) sleeps two, and an optional lower bed ($1,185) increases capacity to four. When folded, the vehicle height is 1990 mm, allowing entry into most multi-story parking garages. The base price is $36,600 (5.94 million yen), the G-Power version is about $38,000, and the top P version is about $39,200. Options, including the D:Cooler refrigerator ($2,640) and lithium battery ($2,700), can bring the total cost to $43,100.
