Ram has introduced a Vanlife option package for the 2027 ProMaster vans. The package bundles popular features into a single order code, which should simplify and reduce the cost of conversion into a camper.

Vanlife package contents

  • Storage group
  • Electrical group
  • Swivel seats
  • Auxiliary switches
  • Rear doors with hinges

Pricing

The price of a ProMaster 2500 with a high roof and the Vanlife package starts at $60,320, while the 3500 version with an extended body starts at $64,225. Final MSRPs will be announced in a few weeks.

Market context

Class B campers have shown one of the highest growth rates in the camping industry over the past five years, despite high costs. The base price for a ready-made camper starts at $150,000, and models based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with full equipment CAN reach $300,000. As a more affordable alternative, removable conversion kits for minivans are offered starting at $5,300.
