In the Gulf of Baratti (Tuscany), residents and day-trippers are complaining about motorhomes occupying free parking areas for days, reducing space for visitors. Andrea Camerini, administrator of the 'Amo Baratti' Facebook group, posted that the situation resembles 'illegal camping,' with motorhomes parked since Friday and owners using awnings, mats, and clotheslines. The gulf has 94 motorhome spaces, 889 car spaces, and 15 disabled spots; parking is paid from March 28 to October 4, 2026. Camerini also noted a motorhome parked in a disabled bay and criticized the lack of enforcement.
