Italy's Regional Administrative Court (Tar) upheld the municipality of Castelfidardo's refusal to rezone a 2,447 sqm forest plot for a camper van and camping area. The site lies within the protected Natura 2000 site 'Selva di Castelfidardo'. The court dismissed the developer's 2021 appeal, ruling the town's decision lawful.
