Pyeongtaek Weekly inspected the Pyeongtaek Port National Leisure Camping Site, a public campground. Located on the coast between Pyeongtaek Port and Asan Seawall, it has 32 motorhome sites and 7 caravan sites. Key advantages are sea views and sunsets, but drawbacks include road noise, insufficient shade from young trees, difficulty pitching tents on thick gravel, and oversized trash bins in restrooms. Weekend reservations sell out quickly.
