Be Cool has introduced the portable split air conditioner BC5CSKL26 for motorhomes and campers, which requires no permanent installation. The unit has a cooling capacity of 1472 W (power consumption 546 W) and is designed for spaces up to 12 sq m. It consists of an indoor and outdoor unit connected by a one-meter hose that exits through a window.
The model is available at the CHIP Store for 449 euros (recommended retail price 599 euros). It offers cooling, fan, and dehumidification modes, controlled via a display or app. Limitations: the mount fits walls up to 55 mm thick, no window seal is included, and the cable length is 1.8 m.
