In Lido Adriano (Ravenna), 70–80 motorhomes park each summer without a designated area offering electrical hookups, waste disposal and water supply. The nearest equipped areas are in Lido di Dante, Milano Marittima, Cervia, Classe or the city. The civic list La Pigna raised the issue in the city council. A first request from Lido Adriano to the Ravenna municipality dates back to 2016; a sports field parking and a green seafront area were considered, but both projects were abandoned, partly due to private development.
