The camping site in Nordenham opened on March 15, four weeks earlier than most other sites. Operators Viola and Sascha Schieffer report full occupancy over Easter and nearly fully booked May. A planned expansion by 30 pitches was rejected by the city due to cost; instead, a "self-sufficient meadow" without hookups was set up. The site has 80 permanent and 60 guest pitches, plus modern accommodation containers.
