The Salamanca city council has announced that construction of the municipal motorhome and camper van parking area will not begin until the fourth quarter of 2026. The facility, located next to the La Aldehuela fairground, will cover 4,000 square meters and accommodate about 50 vehicles. It is expected to open in spring 2027. Due to the delay, travelers continue to park in public lots without water supply or sewage.
