The local government of Rivas Vaciamadrid has launched a tender to upgrade its motorhome parking into a smart recreational mobility space. The €60,000 project includes automatic vehicle flow control via barriers and license plate recognition, Wi-Fi coverage, and smart LED lighting. Users will be able to book spots and pay for services (electricity, water, stay) through a web platform. The system will be connected to the local police for security. Implementation takes 6 months, with a 2-year maintenance contract.
