The motorhome manufacturer Capron from Neustadt in Saxony has been named the training company of the year 2025/2026 in the district of Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge. A 34-year-old man has been sentenced to nine years and three months in prison for a series of arson attacks and attempted murder. In June 2025, he set fire to several cars and an occupied caravan where a man was sleeping. The court considered the treacherous nature of the attack on a sleeping and defenseless victim as an aggravating circumstance.
