Camping Pointe-aux-Oies in Montmagny received the 2026 Campsite of the Year title at the Prix de l’Excellence gala held by Camping Québec on 24 October in Saint-Sauveur. The site also placed second in the sustainable development category. The award assesses customer experience, infrastructure quality, innovation, human resources management and community engagement. Since 2023 the campsite has offered six electric bikes for hire, diversified its ready-to-camp accommodation and reused existing recreational equipment.
