The facility will cover 29,538 sq m, including 19,895 sq m for parking, two toilet blocks, a reception building, and a technical area. The investment is €145,000. Since the land is non-developable, a Declaration of Community Interest (DIC) and a 30-year concession with an annual fee of €2,900 to the municipality are required.
