The Cheongnyangsan Suwon camping site, located in Bonghwa County, North Gyeongsang Province, has attracted over 10,000 visitors in the 10 months since its opening. As of August 31, the cumulative number of visitors reached 10,832, with Suwon residents accounting for 64% (6,942). The site opened on October 22 last year, operated on a trial basis until November 30, was closed from December to March, and reopened on April 1. During the 40-day trial period, 2,660 people visited, and from April 1 to August 31, 8,172 people came. The facility includes 12 auto-camping sites, 6 six-person caravans, 5 mini-caravans, and 7 glamping zones, along with various amenities. Reservations are made through the Campingtalk app and website, with 50% of spots allocated to Suwon and Bonghwa residents. Discounts of 50% are available for eligible groups.
