In Ancona, a family owning property adjacent to the future Il Conero campsite in Portonovo is preparing to appeal the permits granted by authorities. Preparatory work is expected to begin in late summer, with opening scheduled for June 2027. The dispute dates back to 2008 when the campsite first opened, was closed in 2010, and has been in legal battles since. The family challenges hydrogeological constraints, the building permit, and access issues.
