In the province of Friesland, 37,264 caravans and campers are registered with the RDW. The RDW urges holidaymakers to check their vehicles thoroughly before departure, especially after winter storage. Many owners begin preparations too late, leading to issues like dry tires, low pressure, and faulty lights. It is also crucial to ensure the vehicle's inspection is valid and not exceed the maximum weight to avoid fines.
