In Gotendorf near Arberg, the Hygge tiny house with 18 square meters is now available for rent. The accommodation is designed for a forest retreat and includes a kitchen, bed, and bathroom. Owners Anja and Daniel Koglin have been renting it out since July 2026.
A couple in Bühl-Eisental (Rastatt district) moved into a 31-square-meter mobile home in May 2023. The construction with equipment cost 128,000 euros, and the plot rent is 500 euros per month. The main challenge was finding a suitable plot and obtaining a building permit comparable to a regular house.
