A new motorhome site has opened on Ruhrstraße in Fröndenberg, near Himmelmann Park and the Ruhr river. Operated by Camping-Car-Park, the site offers 16 spaces and is fully automated: entry and payment are digital, with no staff on site, and it is open around the clock.
An overnight stay costs 17 euros, including water and electricity; showers and toilets are not available. The area is planned to be additionally landscaped. The first motorhomes have already arrived, and locals are watching curiously.
