Two Argentine families have embraced the motorhome lifestyle. A family from Olavarría (Buenos Aires province) sold their house and left their jobs to travel across the Americas, with the ultimate goal of reaching Alaska. They are currently in Misiones province, earning a living by selling handmade crafts. Their children continue their education remotely through a school in Olavarría.
The second story features Enrique Battalini and Marianela Larrazabal, teachers from Neuquén who left the classroom and set off in a converted Peugeot Boxer van. In a year and two months, they covered more than 20,000 km across Argentina and Chile, including the Carretera Austral. Their next destinations are Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay. The project is named A80xAmérica because their 16-year-old cat Lolo meows whenever they exceed 80 km/h.
