Two families in motorhomes: film work and travels across Spain

Aldi has started selling a portable foldable washing machine under the Adventuridge brand. The device is designed for use on trips, including in motorhomes and camper vans. It has an 8-liter capacity, three wash programs, and folds to 31×31×15 cm. The price is 29.99 euros.

The Spanish Socialist Party (PSOE) in Sant Lluís opposes the private management of the motorhome parking area in Punta Prima. Socialists stated that the facility was created as a free public service and its transfer to a private company was made without a tender or explanation of terms. The party demands clarifications on tariffs, pilot project duration, and financial return to the municipality.

Spanish couple Irene Sesé and Lluc Giménez, both working in the film industry, use a motorhome to balance work and caring for their two children. They move the whole family to film sets to spend time together. Sesé notes that fathers who want to be involved in parenting face misunderstanding, unlike mothers.

During the filming of the show 'Me meto en un jardín' on La 2, the vehicle with a caravan got stuck in a field in Cantabria. Host Mercedes Milá and former Cantabrian president Miguel Ángel Revilla tried to push the trailer but failed. Eventually, a tractor driven by the local mayor was needed.

Spanish manufacturer Panama has introduced the P09 camper van built on the Ford Custom platform. The 5-meter-long model features a rear bench that converts into a double bed and an additional sleeping area in the pop-up roof, accommodating up to four people. The base price is €52,900, which is €30,000 less than a comparably equipped Volkswagen California. Standard equipment includes the Ford SYNC infotainment system with a 13-inch screen, with optional auxiliary heater, upgraded battery, awning, and tow bar.

The province of Castellón (Spain) sees increased demand for motorhomes for summer travel, driven by uncertainty over airfare and fuel costs. Sales peaked at 65 units in 2024 and reached 61 in 2025. Weekly camper rental in high season costs €1,000–1,300, with prices unchanged since 2024. Spain has 372,500 caravanning vehicles, including 100,000 motorhomes.
