The Rizhao Culture and Tourism Bureau has released its summer 2026 routes, including a dedicated motorhome camping section. A free overnight campsite has opened in the northern part of Sunshine Coast Camping Park, and the Seaside National Forest Park permits motorhome stays. Rizhao Jinhai and Rizhao Xingyu offer motorhome rentals; deposit and rental cost about 800 yuan per day, with renters required to be at least 25 years old and have held a licence for over one year. A three-day, two-night itinerary for a family of four is estimated at 2,600 yuan, covering rental, fuel, meals and other expenses.
