The Prignitz region in Germany now has 25 official motorhome parking sites. In Pritzwalk, the Dömnitzinsel site has been upgraded with two new stainless steel service columns for fresh water and waste disposal. Perleberg's Sophienparkplatz offers free year-round parking but lacks water and sanitation. Private sites, such as a meadow in Lenzen, are also available at no cost.
