This includes both highly vulnerable individuals with chronic illnesses and employed people, including civil servants, who cannot spend 50–60% of their income on rent and instead buy motorhomes for €50,000 with monthly payments of €500–600. Organizations highlight a lack of municipal strategies and call for urgent measures, including the provision of prefabricated homes.
