Travel by motorhome is growing in popularity in Spain, but owners face a shortage of parking spaces and restrictions from municipalities. The vice president of the Galician Motorhome Association said they will not tolerate discrimination. A royal decree effective October 1 allows motorhomes to park on equal terms with other vehicles. Galicia has 116 public motorhome areas, while Spain has 1,400, far fewer than France's 6,000.
