Karin and Klaus Steinhardt from Grossweil have bought seven vehicles from Gérard Caravaning in Peissenberg since 1966. Their first caravan, 3.80 metres long, cost 4,800 Deutschmarks. In 2018 they planned to stop, but a test drive led to another motorhome purchase. They travelled across Europe, including Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Sweden and Norway.
