The Polish Sejm has passed a law exempting passenger cars and light vans towing caravans or trailers for private use from tolls on national roads. Previously, such vehicles were charged if the total weight exceeded 3.5 tonnes. The bill now goes to the Senate and then to the president for signature. The changes are expected to take effect before the summer holidays.
