China's Ministry of Commerce and seven other departments announced 40 pilot cities for auto circulation and consumption reform. Qingdao was included with two focus areas: developing RV camping infrastructure and establishing a classic car market. The pilot plans to create three camping zones — mountain, coastal, and rural — and build a classic car trading and auction center.
