In Entre Ríos province, deputies Carlos Damasco, Mauro Godein and Rubén Rastelli have submitted a bill to the Chamber of Deputies to create a Provincial Program of parking areas for mobile homes, motorhomes and recreational vehicles.
The program envisions a network of public and private spaces for tourists to park and stay, with access to electricity, drinking water, and grey and black water disposal systems. Municipal participation will be voluntary, while regulation—including location, operating hours and fees—remains with local authorities.
Management of the program is assigned to EMTURER, which will create a registry of sites, set minimum technical standards, and promote registered facilities on tourist routes. The project aims to organize tourism and prevent waste dumping in unauthorized places.
