Spain's Civil Guard has clarified fines for violations when using caravans and motorhomes. Being in the living area of a caravan while it is moving results in a €200 fine, and motorhomes require certified passenger restraint systems. Technical inspection rules have also been updated, and signs for wastewater disposal have been introduced.
