Another source reports that the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC published a similarly titled document proposing to deepen reform of pilot projects for car circulation, remove unreasonable restrictions, and expand consumption across the entire chain. The document also supports the development of segments such as tuning, maintenance, motorsport, and RV camping, along with a classic car recognition system.
According to a journalist survey, consumption in the automotive market plays an important role in stimulating the upgrading of consumer spending, activating business, and transforming the auto industry.
