In the first half of the year, 12,153 self-propelled motorhomes were registered in China, up 32.6% year-on-year, with new energy models accounting for 24% of the total.

Complaints about disorderly motorhome parking, wastewater dumping and drying laundry in public places are growing on the «领导留言板» platform. Authorities are taking support measures.

Chinese developers have introduced a motorhome based on an electric tricycle. The compact body houses a refrigerator, Xiaomi air conditioner, water heater and inverter, powered by a 200 Ah lithium battery and a 1200 W solar panel.
