Authorities in the Argentine city of Tandil are set to approve regulations for motorhomes, caravans, and other recreational vehicles. The new rules prohibit overnight parking in public spaces from 10 PM to 8 AM and impose fines for dumping grey and black water outside designated areas. Wastewater can only be discharged at the city's sanitation facilities during specified hours.
