The municipality of Tandil, Argentina, has drafted an ordinance regulating parking, overnight stays, and waste disposal for motorhomes, caravans, and camper vans. The document prohibits overnight parking in public spaces from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and the discharge of gray and black water in unauthorized locations. Violators face fines, and repeat offenders may have their vehicles towed. Similar regulations are expected to be adopted in other tourist cities across the country.
