18th South American Motorhome Rally Kicks Off in Los Alerces National Park

Los Alerces National Park officially opened the 2026–2027 tourist season with the 18th South American Motorhome Rally, bringing together more than 120 motorhomes at Los Maitenes Campground. The event, organized by the Argentine Motorhome Association and the South American Motorhome Association, runs until October 15 and includes tours of the region, as well as an assembly and institutional meeting. Participants come from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay. The National Parks Administration declared the rally of institutional interest; it is part of the Proyección Alerces 2026 initiative aimed at recovering tourism after last summer's forest fires.
