The text simplifies administration by reducing the number of articles to 44 and relaxes technical requirements, including lowering minimum road widths to 3 meters for one-way traffic. The maximum capacity limit for motorhome service areas has been removed, aiming to reduce unregulated parking. The decree also clarifies when a motorhome is considered to be camping and eliminates outdated requirements such as mandatory medical facilities.
