The Lazio Regional Administrative Court ruled in favor of a Rome resident who had his free parking permit for a motorhome revoked. The court determined that excluding motorhomes under 3.5 tons from resident parking permits is discriminatory, as they are subject to the same traffic regulations as other vehicles. The ruling partially annuls a 1999 municipal directive.
