Dutch awning manufacturer Walker has introduced the QuickShade-Flexx, an inflatable part tent for caravans that also works as an open awning. The front and both side walls can be fully zipped out without removing the roof or the air frame. The tent is 240 cm deep, inflates through a single valve and comes with an inner roof, curtains and ventilation mesh. It fits caravans with an attachment height of 235 to 270 cm and is available in three sizes with minimum straight rail lengths of 310, 380 and 500 cm. Prices in October 2026 are €949, €999 and €1,049, with regular recommended prices from €1,266 to €1,399. A version for camper vans with a cassette awning attaches to the existing awning.
