Leadership changes
THOR Industries announced additional leadership changes as part of the previously announced evolution of its North American RV operating model.
- Ken Walters, President of Jayco and Group Leader for Jayco and Tiffin Motorhomes, is appointed President of the North American RV division. He will report to THOR leadership in Elkhart, Indiana, and coordinate all THOR North American RV companies.
- Nick Martin, Vice President of Sales at Jayco, becomes President of Jayco.
- Mike Ritchie, Vice President of Finance at Jayco, is appointed Chief Financial Officer of the North American RV division.
- Trey Miller, Vice President of Marketing at Jayco, is promoted to Chief Marketing Officer of the North American RV division.
- Troy James, Chief Operating Officer of the Thor Motor Coach and Keystone group, becomes President of Keystone.
THOR is reorganizing its North American RV business into three operating groups: North American RV, European, and Supply. The company expects significant benefits and cost savings from these changes.
